How can I transfer an old fizz number to a new phone?

I lost my phone so I cannot transfer the number. Also I payed a new month of an amount of 40$ the 3th september. Now I bought a new phone and bought a new SIM card. They say the number is taken but is because it was stolen. Can you guys help me to tranfer my number ??

If your old mobile plan is still active, you can replace the SIM card attached to your plan.
