Canada coverage for unlimited calls was $9.00 and in August, it increased to $12. Why wasn't I informed of this increase.

Donna did you change something in your plan? It could be why...did you have the beginner price?
I can’t see the 9$ you spoke about....
If Fizz make a change to their prices you will be notified 30 days before the increase.

Thank you for your reply. Here's the breakdown of my August and September plan: $12.00 Canada coverage, $7.00 unlimited calls and $2.00 voice mail. So now, I have to pay $21 per month plus 911 plus taxes.
Back in July it was: $9.00 Canada coverage, $7.00 unlimited calls and $2.00 voice mail = $18.00 plus 911 plus taxes.
I didn't change anything from my plan.6 -

Try to reach Fizz support as Lieux suggests. Maybe they will find what happened and possibly revert everything back the way it was.5
