Why is Oxio cheaper than Fizz?

With Fizz the installation and the modem/router are free. When you select an install date, you know exactly when the install will be done. With the others you will have to pay for the modem and for the router. Plus with Fizz you got referral bonuses and you can count on the community if you need help and in the worst case, you can reach Fizz by chat.

Oxio also offers the modem/router as well as the installation (with the install date) for free.
They also give you the first month free...8 -
Oxio is a tpia so the appointment needs to be selected in at least 10-14 days and you have to select 3 time frame and once it’s confirmed few days after, they will let you know the time & date.

Unfortunately, they don’t price match as plans are already priced competitively. The community and rewards system are a great plus over other companies.9

I know Fizz offers a stable and good connexion for the internet.

There many internet providers on the market, but they all rents cable from big company like Bell or Videotron.
Fizz is Videotron they use their own cable, Oxio rent cable from other company and they dont garanty speed mensioned in plan.1 -
I wonder if it's just promotion and that the price will go up... or if they have terrible customer service?1
