Band problem (Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro). What's the problem?

Hello,
I have bought a Redmi Note 9 Pro, thinking everything would work smoothly. My error.
I looked here for the bands supported:

(for my workplace, bell)

(for personnal use, Fizz).
Seems fine so I ordered the phone. Now both Sim cards are having a great signal, but there's no way I can make / receive calls.
I tried both sim one at one and they work flawlessly. I tried both sim on another old phone, working fine. it's only the combination of both in the cell that creates problem.
I tried playing with preferred network settings (LTE/WCDMA/GSM). I tried them all, same problem happen. Sometimes it works for just about 5 minutes for one of the two, then the network drops.
Thanks!

I have read some people have to do a full factory reset to get it to work.

** Tried a factory reset with both sim cards inside. Unfortunately nothing changed.
