Netgear ex2700 range extender compatible?

Has anyone managed to get this to work with the fizz modem ? It's the n300 version. I've tried both methods of installation the manufacturer provides and neither will work. I'm wondering if it's an issue of router settings or if it's just not compatible?

It’s not supposed to be incompatible because the extender connects to the network and share the internet using another SSID (network name). I suggest you to factory reset the extender and To start over. I have a TP-Link extender with Fizz and it works fine
