How do I reschedule an appointment they didn't come
The technician support came to install the internet and said we weren't there and we were there. Now my daughter is starting school tomorrow and we need the internet today ... please contact .e ********* or ***********... I am already a costumer with you and I am not happy with this service.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

To reschedule your technician appointment:
1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- click on Reschedule.1 -

I almost had a similar experience. Apparently the guy called me before to check if I was home. Since I wasn’t expecting a call I didn’t pick up and he was going to leave and return the modem. Luckily he came back and rang the doorbell this time and that’s when he asked me why didn’t I pick up...1
