did you already reboot the phone?
Do you use Fizz ou Fizz Ext?
With Fizz ext you need to enable the data roaming
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-m-outside-my-coverage-zone-and-my-mobile-data-isn-t-working-why
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Make sure you have the latest iOS updates installed on your phone.
Then try restarting your phone.
Also please confirm on your account that you have mobile data remaining on your plan.12 -
What is the modem if your phone? It might be too old?11

If you try resetting your network settings. under general, reset, network settings this will reboot your phone and clear your Wi-Fi and other passwords.11 -

Thanks to everyone that has answered my question, I had tried all the steps that you mentioned. I used the chat and the issue was that there was multiple Fizz Ext (3G) networks that were showing up in my network selection, and on some of them the data wasn’t working.11

Thanks for getting back to us. Glad you have figured it out.
If in the future, this happens again and you find yourself in an area with only 3G network available, try changing your phone settings (voice & data) to 3G network.
