No installation appointments until September 11?

I'm trying to get my internet moved to a new apartment in the same building, but the entire appointment calendar is booked up until September 11. Is this a glitch or are there really no technicians for the next 3 weeks?

Hi, this happened to me too. If you contact Fizz via the chat in the solution hub and explain your situation they may be able to accommodate you with an earlier installation or to notify you if an earlier date becomes available! That's what I did and I got an appointment earlier! Good luck!6
