How do I transfer my already-active fizz SIM card to a new phone?

A couple of months ago, my old phone broke. I just got a new one, but I don't have time to order a new fizz SIM card because I'm about to travel. I put the old SIM card in my new phone, but how do I sync them?

If your plan is active it’s automatically ok. But if it’s more than 60 days your old sim need ti be reactivate. You need to sign again like a new plan. Fizz.ca https://fizz.ca/en/mobile-plan?ADDONS[0]=18&CVRG=108&DATA=94&PLAN=1&SMS=223&VOICE=90
Go to the Reactivate page and log into your account.
Review or adjust your plan details and click Confirm.
Verify your phone number (if you are reactivating within 60 days) or select a new phone number. Learn more about changing your phone number
Review your addresses and plan details, then click Submit.
You go to the payment interface to pay for the first month of your new plan.14 -
the sim card should automaticly work if the phone is unlocked. if you want to sync other data, you should follow instructions for android or IOS depending on your device.12

You should take out your SIM card and put it in a new phone. Isn’t it straightforward? Am I missing something?13
