The payment is a monthly one, therefore, you cannot pay every 6 months.
However, with a rechargeable credit card you can do.

You can load the funds to your card as often as you want.
Once your card is registered on your Fizz account, Fizz will automatically charge the card each month on the renewal day.5 -

Only, monthly payment are accepted.
Your must have a Prepaid credit card (canadian) rechargeable.
Your actual credit card wont be accepted by Fizz.1
