Is it possible to use a master card for payment?

Sjalir You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card (including prepaid), or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit/debit cards are also not accepted. You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.
Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
Click on Payment methods.
Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
Now make your way to My plans.
For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.10 -

MasterCard is fine. Double check if the address is different on your statement. That seems to be a common problem.10

Yes, FIZZ accepts Mastercard but the method to change is to ADD Mastercard, then DELETE Visa.
Procedure:
Go to 'My Profile'...'Payment Method;...+Add a new payment method (Mastercard #)
Now you may choose this account for payment.7 -

Yes, you can add a Mastercard (canadian card) into your Fizz account.
Please,
Dont forget to associate your Mastercard card to all of your plans and delete the previous credit card into your account.
