If I found I'll be out of data in the middle of month, can I simply change the data plan and it will be valid for the actual month ?

No it will be available for the next billing cycle
You can buy an addon or ask for a data gift from other users if you need them right away
Here you can find all the details, such as that modifications must be done at least 48hours before the new billing cycle too

You wont be able to use it until next cycle.
I recommend you to ask for data on the facebook group. Here there is always people willing to help you out

All changes are effectuated only since the new cycle. So no, it’s not doable7

You will need to wait for the next cycle. Data will roll over so you can start high and go lower as your need change. Also, check and see if anyone has data to give. https://www.facebook.com/groups/partagededonnees8

From my experience, this is not doable. Everything is set to "new" from another cycle only.2
