Why fizz internet have no service in an area where videotron have?

I am moving soon but my new area does not appear on fizz service area. However I know people there that have videotron.
Any idea?

  I guess these are two different companies after all. Even if one is a subsidiary of another one.

  Sometimes it doesn’t appear as the region served by fizz, but actually it is. It really depends. You should try contacting support of fizz anyway

  When we first moved into our Condo we could only subscribe to one service provider for the first three years! Maybe that is why Fizz isn't allowed?
