Can't call TO?

I can't call Toronto. However I can call in my region of Ottawa. My family in TO confirm all their phones work and I can reach them via land line only.

Do you have a Canada plan or Canada/USA?
If you do not have a Canada plan you need to have an addon or put money in your fizz's wallet, remember to add 1 or +111 -
If you have Quebec only coverage, you won't be able to call Toronto.
You need to have Canada or Canada/USA coverage.
Did you also try dialing 1 first, followed by area code10 -
You can call Toronto only if you have Canada wide plan7

To be able to call in Ontario, you need to have the Canada coverage in your mobile plan
or to buy add-on (a block of minutes)
or to put money in your wallet and pay per usage (it's expensive): .25$/ minute.6 -
You need to have a canada plan and not Quebec only3

Ty all for the help. I do have unlimited Canada wide voice call plan. A few weeks ago everything was fine calling TO, however now wondering if there's service outage or other technical network service issues.3

If it ever happens again, you can try restarting your phone.
Also try manually entering the number ("1" + the 10 digits) you want to call into the dialer app.3 -
