How do I get someone to contact me?

I have been present at my apartment for the past two appointments
I have scheduled and I've not been contacted either by email or by phone number. I would really like to have working internet again.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You have to follow mike's recommendation, in this case you should contact the customer services to solves your problem.

You need to contact support. I know the chat bubble dont allways work but you can still contact them via messenger.
