I forgot my router password. How do I reset it

    You need to do a factory reset by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip. And redo the installation procedure using the password wrote in the back of your modem

    If you are using your own router, which model is it? You can do an online search "how to reset password for (your router)"

    Bryan,
    To do a reset of your modem;
    Insert a pin into the reset button (back in the center of your modem) for 35,40 seconds and released it after.
    Wait 3,4 minutes to see the lights of your modem coming back.
    If your computer is connected to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
    Easy connect.
    Just types twice the factory password (back of your modem).
    Your internet connexion is supposed to be 100%, fonctionnal.
    Reconnect all of your devices to your wi-fi network.
