Hi Wassim if you're goimg to Ontario nexr monty you can either change your plan to Canada wide which would take effect next month. Otherwise you can buy an Add on for the time you'll be there. Have a nice trip5

Quebec only plan covers parts of Ottawa as well however you need to constatnly check if your are on Videotron towers. If you aren't going to Ottawa but say Toronto and don't have a Canada wide plan then you have a couple of options.

If you plan on using your phone fairly regularly then just switch the plan to Canada wide, it's 2 dollars more than Quebec only. Make sure to do this at least 48 hrs before your monthly billing date. Basically make the month that encompasses your trip Canada wide. this is the most cost effective option.
If you are benefiting from 2019 or prices this may not be a viable option for you.

Staying with Quebec only coverage you can add money to your Fizz wallet and pay as you go or purchase an add-on which acts as a bundle.
This is done by going to your fizz dashboard>my plans> add-ons

You can pay for a add on for the tkme you'll be in ontario. If it's for next month you can change your plan to Canada it will come in effect next month.7

If your mobile plan includes Canada or Canada/USA coverage, then you are free to use your plan for a couple of weeks. Just turn on roaming on your phone settings if you want to use data.
If you have Quebec coverage, you can buy Travel add-ons or put money in your account wallet to use pay-as-you-go services.
You may also opt to change your plan (changes will be effective at your next renewal) as needed. Just note that you will pay the current rates with any plan change.7 -

It depends of what coverage you have in your mobile plan.
If you have the Canada coverage, you just need to activate the roaming on your phone.
If you have Quebec coverage,
you will need to buy add-ons (for calls, texts or data).
or you can pay per usage in adding some money in your wallet, (it's expensive for the calls: .25$/min, and .05$/text).5 -

Just upgrade to canada coverage (If you already dont have it). With that you will be fine for at least 3 months.

Ensure that your plan is set to Canada and you should be alright! I used my phone in QC and Ontario several times without issues!4

Add destination to your plan if you think to use your phone. Wonder where you are going though in this pandemic. Wouldn't it better to stay home for a bit?..3
