Did you enabled the automatic Network Operator selection?
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz7 -

Can you try to put the phone in airplain mode for 30 seconds or reboot it

I just did what you said and it still "emergency call only". I can not use my data/ call/ text anything.
I hope they fix it soon or else i will switch to another. Its annoying8 -
Can you try to remove the SIM card, since it seems that the phone does not read it7

the repair shop did they try the Sim in another phone?

The repair store tried the sim in another android plus iphone and it still not working so7

Therefore either the SIM card is defective or your Fizz plan is not active.

Yeah like i paid my bill so there is no reason they can say its because of my bill. Also i have using fizz for a year and there is one time it appeared to "Fizz EXT" but thats time i just need to restart my phone. This time well i dont know5
