Click on next and it should bring you to address input page where it will confirm if the service is available to you.6 -

On Fizz website, start a plan for residential internet. After a few steps, it will ask you the address. Then it will confirm if that building can have internet connected.
BTW, fizz uses Videotron service and cables (and installation technicians). If anyone in the building has or has had Videotron internet or tv, then it should be ok.4 -
