Dinausor Badge not unlocked even if achieved?

The 1 month badge did not unlock even though I have been with them for more then one month. How can I get it unlocked?

This is a known issue, you need to contact the support in order to have it unlocked
There are couple of other badge that are not unlocked automatically
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.13 -
Fizz' updating of badges sometimes take time. Eventually it will appear.11

It was the same for me.. co tact support and you will be fine3
