I was wondering if I could change my plan at any time during the month or if I have to wait at the end of the month?

Yes, anytime during the month, but it won't apply until the next billing cycle.15

You can change your plan at any time, and even change your mind multiple times, but the desired change must be made no later than 48 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
The new plan will be effective for the next cycle.17 -
You can change as often as you want in the month. The only one that will apply will be the last one you changed.
N.B. 48 hours before your new cycle date, nothing can be changed (will apply the latest change)10 -

As others wrote, any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.11 -

You change your plan but do it at least 48 hours before the end your billing cycle.
When you do it,
your new plan will be effective at the renewal of your billing cycle.8 -
You can change when you want, but the change will only apply on your next billing cycle. However, I would do it right away, when you are thinking about it, instead of waiting towards the end of your billing cycle just to avoid risking forgetting about doing the change.8
