I'm in Ste-Julienne and been with fizz for almost a year now and today and few weeks ago we're starting to experience internet loss which is annoying because i work remote and need my internet badly. So far it happened during the weekends but very worried for my weekday. Modem's lights tells me everything's alright but no internet. I rebooted and all. Do i really need to go as far as pushing that little button with a pen? I really feel it's the network... I hate being in the dark for a service i pay for.

Hi David,
Check the led status, specifically the two arrows if they are blinking you have a problem with the cable.
If not, try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes

Hi thanks, but I did the factory reset and it connects to the modem but no internet still. It was working this morning. Nothing changed. We left, we came back and nothing.5

Restart your router. If it didn't work, please contact support fizz5
