No internet today?

I'm in Ste-Julienne and been with fizz for almost a year now and today and few weeks ago we're starting to experience internet loss which is annoying because i work remote and need my internet badly. So far it happened during the weekends but very worried for my weekday. Modem's lights tells me everything's alright but no internet. I rebooted and all. Do i really need to go as far as pushing that little button with a pen? I really feel it's the network... I hate being in the dark for a service i pay for.
