How does the payment cycle work?

It is a prepaid service, therefore you will pay a month in advance

The date on which you receive your Fizz Wi-Fi modem is the anniversary date for your Home Internet plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.

Your plan is renewed at noon the day before the anniversary date of your payment cycle. If your next cycle starts May 5, payment for that cycle will be taken on May 4 at noon.

Fizz will charge your credit card once a month for your Home Internet plan.
- The first payment is taken when you order the service. The second payment is taken the day before your second month of service begins. And so forth...

For example, if you subscribe for Home Internet on August 8 and the appointment with the technician is scheduled for August 12, your payment schedule will be as follows:
1. August 8: first payment = plan cost + tax (for service from Aug 12 to Sept 11)
2. September 11: second payment = plan cost + tax (for service from Sept 12 to Oct 11)
3. October 11: third payment = plan cost + tax (for service from Oct 12 to Nov 11)
...

As mentioned in an earlier post, if you are a new customer, don't forget to take advantage of the free $25 referral credit. The referral code must be entered when you activate your plan (on the screen that shows you the plan cost including the taxes).
