Here we are users, contact the support to let them test your line and send a technician in order to fix the problem
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-modem-connected-cable-my-connection-keeps-cutting-out-how-do-i-fix
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

On the funny part, it get sunnier soon! But, you should contact Fizz, they will get a Videotron check this out. Maybe the splitter box is wide open.5

Did you get any news from Fizz? I’m very curious to know why you lose internet with the rain since i also have Fizz internet4

Seriously, it's quite common for network outages when it rains or there is a storm.
Its lasts a while and its coming back4 -
