Elinaz you can return your modem but first you need to unsubscribe your internet in your account ..check here...https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
For your phone you will need to change your information in your account...and your phone will work if you have a plan for Canada but only for 3 months. Check this map and you will see that Toronto is outside the green good coverage for Fizz. https://fizz.ca/en/coverage11 -
Hi,
You have to unsubscribe your internet from your account. You can unplug your modem, move to toronto and even ship the modem from there.
For you mobile, i'm affraid you cannot keep you account because you will fall outside of green coverage showed on the map. You will be blocked if you use your phone more than 3 months inside the red zone. You need to stay mostly in the green zone, which called subscription zone which is only available in Quebec.
Good bye fellow Fizzer!10 -
As Lieux said for the phone you will be able to use it only for 3 month.
for the modem, when you cancel you can say when do you want to stop the services. And they will give you instructions of how to return the modem.
You will have a few days for it so dont worry about it.9 -
You’ll need to unsubscribe first. Then they will let you know what to do with your modem. For your mobile plan, it will be important to unsubscribe because Toronto is not within Fizz’s subscription zone.10

Do you want to keep your Montreal phone number In Toronto? If so, make sure you switch providers before you cancel your Fizz service. Fizzle out!8

Hi matthew.how can I switch my provider? If I switch it, I can use my Fizz number more than 3 months?7

You can keep your phone number with a new provider. Just make sure to do this before the three months are up. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe
When I switched to fizz, I brought my old number with me. When I signed up I entered my old number with fizz and this automatically canceled my old service (Rogers). Depending on the company they may allow you to keep your Montreal number. Good luck in Toronto!8 -
Elnaz,
For your internet plan, you need to unsubscribe online on your Fizz account.
Then see this link (for the return of the modem), Keep the receipt of Canada Post for the return of your Fizz modem.
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-find-my-return-id-number
For your mobile plan, If you have the coverage Canada, you will be able to use your mobile plan only for 3 more months.
You will be outside the Green coverage zone of Fizz and you will use Fizz ext.
You cant exceed 3 months of using Fizz's partners provider.
Think to switch to another provider when you'll be permanently in Toronto..6 -
Depending on the plan that you have either provincial or national. It will work if its national as you're within the country.2
