I have received the reward for $2 monthly some months ago, and I have already updated it, but why I haven't get the discount in my monthly account?

YING did you activate the 2$ credit in your account in the slot that you have?
If it was activated contact the employees..Chat with Fizz is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz

You first need to put your reward in an upgrade slot. Then you need to wait until the next billing month for the reward to take effect.6

When you activate an upgrade it kicks in the month after. If that didn’t happen, contact Fizz directly and they’ll fix that for you.4
