Reeving the My Perk?

I have received the reward for $2 monthly some months ago, and I have already updated it, but why I haven't get the discount in my monthly account?

    When you activate an upgrade it kicks in the month after. If that didn’t happen, contact Fizz directly and they’ll fix that for you.

    Hi!
    Make sure it’s a perk for a internet and plan that’s going to be used for an active internet subscription and/or vice-versa.

    Do you have an Internet plan ?
    If yes, put your reward in an upgrade slot.
