Hi George,
Yes with level 3, you earn a new $1 discount off your internet plan.
Assuming you have only 1 internet plan, you won't be able to all 3 discounts just yet.
Once you hit level 5, the third and final slot will unlock. At that point, you will be able to use 3 of the bonus/upgrades.20 -

You are supposed to get a bonus of a rebate of 1$.

Hey there, I recently got to level 3 and it gave me 1$ off on internet and a new upgrade of 250mb on mobile. This is in addition to the new slot.13

Level 3 is no more giving $1 rebate. There is an updated reward system11 -

Are the rebates stackable? For example, Level 1 is $1 off, and level 2 is $2 off. Am I able to get $3 off my internet plan?3
