  Fizz mobile data is 4G = LTE. The network also support 3G connection.

  The SIM card has no speed, it's about your phone, your plan and the antennas available. Fizz plans offers LTE in most places.

  Fizz network is 4G (LTE).
  The internet speed depends of your phone, if you are near a cellular tour or others circumstances.
  It can be 60 mbs, 80mbs or more.

  It is LTE, which means 4G. If you are in a remote area, it is possible that your phone switches to 3G. Fizz doesn't offer 5G yet.
