Anyone else find the service going to sh**?

It started off superb , always high speed for 6 months, 0 connection issues and amazing cellphone coverage but then 6 months later it just started going down to where I couldnt connect more than 10 minutes to 2 hours a day until I cancelled a month after then now my cellphone service disappears and or I have no lte and calling even if I paid for it so I got ripped of 7 months no refund , is it just me or everyone experiencing this sh**

I do not understand the 7 months you got the service for the 6 months, did I missed something?6 -
If it worked for 6 months, I don’t see how you’ve been ripped off 7 months. But definitely contact fizz directly to let them know.8

With Fizz is you can cancel anytime since there is no contact.
I recommend that you try to communicate with the technical support. If the issue are not fixed, you can just cancel the service8 -

Fizz is a small provider with less customer service. A lot people become mad when they need help!
