I get my new sim card for my new cellphone but I don't know why fizz wont keep my actual plan.
Do you think its because they want me to pay $$$?? Its not fair i want to keep my actual plan. But dont want to help me. They prefer to open a ticket and wait.

You’ve spoke directly to fizz and they still don’t let you keep your plan? This is bizarre, I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be able to keep your plan.7

Would you mind elaborating a little more on your situation?
From my understanding right now, are you saying that you already are a customer with Fizz, recently got a new mobile phone and bought yourself another sim card for that phone? If that’s the case, why didn’t you keep the old sim with the good price and put it in your new phone? The price you may have might be a testing price or a cheaper price when Fizz just entered in the mobile service provider “game”.6 -

How many sim cards do you have right now?
What happened to the original one?
Can’t you just insert the old one in the new phone?6 -

I might be mistaken, but i think Fizz raised the price of their plans a while back.
Maybe that’s the issue.
Use your other sim card then if it’s the good price.5
