Can I forward my Fizz number to a number from another provider?

If you can make the calls to that number yes
For USA you need to have a Canada/USA coverage for france you need to have an addon or money in your wallet

Yes you can forward your calls to another number.

1. If you have calling plan with Quebec coverage, it includes call forwarding to any Quebec number.
2. If you have calling plan with Canada coverage, it includes call forwarding to any Canadian number.
3. If you have calling plan with Canada/USA coverage, it includes call forwarding to any Canadian / USA number.

If you want to call forward to a number in France or to a number outside of your coverage area, you will need to have either an international calling add-on or money in your account wallet to cover the call.
