Is the community goals broken?

I was wondering why in the ranking look broken, some peoples have 3.4k points and doesn't have the same status goal. It doesn't make sense, isn't like experience in RPG games?
By example:
FizzFanTim is Geek 4/5 with 3.4k pts
Stanley Apprentice 3/5 with 3.4k pts
Ari is Big Geek 1/5 with 3.4k pts
Jones Geek 1/5 with 3.4k pts
And my goal doesn't progress in the my account stats and I have 368 pts. I should see some progress no?

I think the points are related to something else than the ranking.7

Hi Patrick,
Your ranking is based on several factors. The exact formula is not made public, but your accumulated points, level of participation and elapsed time since becoming a member all play a role on your ranking.6 -
Apprenti, geek etc are time based, therefore not linked with the points you only need to be active once a month in order to not lose your status.
Only guru levels are linked to the best answer6 -
I believe these answers are correct1

Patrick,
Dont worry,
You just need to stay active into the community hub some months,
(like: answering to the questions, giving 20 kudos each day, trying to refer new customer to Fizz, etc).0
