Would like to transfer my existing Fizz cell phone to my father, my existing Fizz telephone #. Can this be done?

I will suggest to keep it under your name and change only the credit card information

Do you want to use the telephone account invoices as address IDs for your dad? In that case, you should contact the Fizz support by going to your profile and selecting the appropriate contact form listed there.
