Transfering internet accounts to another person

Hi! I'm leaving Canada and a friend is moving into my apartment. How can I transfer the internet account to their name? Thanks!

Hi, I think the easiest way would be to change your email address to your friend's email, I think you have to contact them for that (e.g., on Facebook). Then I guess you'll just have to remove your credit card and he will have to put his instead, again I think you'll have to contact them and provide documentation to approve the change of both email address and credit card.7

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -
I'm just wondering the actual practical use of this "transfer". Wouldn't it be easier (and, actually, economically-wise) to simply make a new contract?4

You can't transfert your internet plan to another person..
You have to unsubscribe to your internet plan online and return the modem.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
