Ordered a SIM.

If your plan is activated, do not take into consideration the messages
Probably you check the plan, and the site believe that you need to activate a new plan8 -
You could try contacting Fizz customer support by chat or Facebook messenger to understand what happened.
If all is good, then I suggest you select Mike's answer as BEST ANSWER to close this discussion.6 -
Did you by any chance transfer your number from another subscriber? That could be leading to complications. If not, I'd seek help from Fizz directly by going to my profile and contacting Fizz by using the contact forms. Hope this helps

Could be a glitch in the system. Does your line work though? If so contact support for them to clear it.4

I had a problem once with a SIM card. Contacted FIZZ support on FB, they sent me a new card free of charge.3

Have you activeted this sim card on your phone?
Maybe, ask for help and contact the Fizz customer service by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00).
They can maybe send you a new sim card if it's necessary.
To chat with them:
First, connect you to your Fizz account.

i am also a new Fizz customer. I didn't have any problem with the Sim card, everything works fine upon activation.0
