New customer of Fizz.
Ordered a SIM.
Card does not unlock, then this??? (See image)
How many cards do we have to pay before we get a good one?

    Could be a glitch in the system. Does your line work though? If so contact support for them to clear it.

    I had a problem once with a SIM card. Contacted FIZZ support on FB, they sent me a new card free of charge.

    Have you activeted this sim card on your phone?
    Maybe, ask for help and contact the Fizz customer service by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00).
    They can maybe send you a new sim card if it's necessary.
    To chat with them:
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then click on:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-puk-code-to-unblock-my-sim-card
    Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.

    i am also a new Fizz customer. I didn't have any problem with the Sim card, everything works fine upon activation.
