If your account is new, the process of activation could take up to a day or a few hours. If you'd like to contact the agents, you can do so in the Solution Hub. Use the little chat box.5

Wait at least 24 hours, if the problem is still unsolved, ask a fizz rep.

Try to change the browser
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

Have you try to connect to your Fizz account with another browser?
and if you want to communicate with the Fizz customer service by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00).
First, you must connect you to your Fizz account.

It is not normal. Try a different browser. As for agents, just search "fizz" in Facebook, you will rapidly find it.2
