Why does my voicemail box only hold three messages, instead of 15 as advertised?

I keep getting messages that my voicemailbox is full. Last time there were three messages in there. What is the fix for this?

    Did you check if you have voicemail saved

    You need to delete the old messages.

    As others said, Fizz voicemail has a 15-message maximum capacity. Once this has been reached, people who are trying to reach you won’t be able to leave you a message. You may want to delete some messages to make room for new ones.

    Check for Saved messages. Otherwise you can contact customer service thru the green bubble that will appear in the lower right hand corner of this page
