Why does my voicemail box only hold three messages, instead of 15 as advertised?

I keep getting messages that my voicemailbox is full. Last time there were three messages in there. What is the fix for this?

As others said, Fizz voicemail has a 15-message maximum capacity. Once this has been reached, people who are trying to reach you won’t be able to leave you a message. You may want to delete some messages to make room for new ones.0
