    Hi Khanh,

    Go on your account. My plans >> Mobile >> Transaction history
    You can download all or view/print them one at a time.

    Hi, i followed your instruction to download the bill but it doesn't have my name or address on it. Anyway i can get a bill with my name and address on it please

    Sorry. As far as I know, this is the only bill that is available to customers.

    Optionally you can print a supporting document such as the service agreement.
    This document includes your name, address and account number.
    To view it, click on My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Services agreement
