In Ottawa, is Fizz home internet on bell or rogers network ... or something else?

I want to know what infrastructure Fizz uses to provide home internet in Ottawa. I already have TekSaavy (which uses Rogers) and I want a second provider for some redundancy so if Fizz uses Rogers ... useless. Thanks

    Sorry Fizz needs Videotron infrastructure, and I believe that videotron is not available in Ottawa

    Fizz only works in Quebec. Videotron is not in Ottawa
