0 minutes or unlimited? I need help picking.

On average I use the phone maybe 15 minutes a month so adding unlimited minutes for $7 seems rather much for my use. I cannot see "addon" prices until I get my sim so I was wondering if there is an addon I should get instead (that's cheaper)?
Follow-up question. If I do pick an addon, am I charged for people that call me when I don't answer?

Calling add-ons are not expensive, like $3 for 60 minutes or $10 for 300 minutes.
If you put money in your account wallet, pay-as-you-go calls are $0.25 per minute.
You will not be charged for calls you don't answer especially if you don't have any voicemail.
If you are okay using voip, you may use a free app like TextNow or Fongo.6 -
