Phone shortcut for voicemail tells me it's not included in my plan?

Pressing 1 for a while on my phone dial opens up the voicemail but it's telling me voicemail is not included in my plan.
Voicemail is in my plan since my first day with Fizz but I have to access it by composing the full number (1-514-647-0999).
Any clues on how to fix this? It's not a major issue but I'd still like to access voicemail faster by pressing 1.

Dear Gabriel,
I don´t know which phone are you using. Try to do that (Android):
Tap the three dots (upper right corner of screen)
Tap “settings”
Tap “voicemail”
Tap “advanced settings”
Tap "setup.
Tap “voicemail number.
Enter your 10-digit phone number and Tap “OK.
Tap the home key to return to the main menu.5
