To Squish the bug your best bet is to contact Fizz support, i think the only solution is with them.7 -
Wait a couple of days, and if nothing change, contact them on the chat.6

Just to rule out any problem with the current browser you're using, can you
log onto your account with another device or by using a different browser?
If you still get the same results, you should also see an error message. Then you can contact Fizz support.6 -
Hi vincent this must be a bug
you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. I think the web developper have modified the website, but there an error in the source code. Just contact fizz to signal the bug or open an ticket. I Hope your problem will be resolved.
