how can I cancel the internet plan and get refund before receiving the modem?

I ordered internet plan and paid with my credit card, I have an appointment for next week for receiving modem but I changed my mind and want to cancel it and get refund, what should I do?

You should cancel your appointement in your account. That will cancel your subscription.
I suggest also that you contact Fizz directly just to be sure..

You should cancel your installation about the internet and ask for a refund.
Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
This service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
then, click on this link:
