I received a message from Fizz saying I had used up 75% of my data, 25 days before the end of the cycle. However, I've been home at all times, and have been connected to the internet. My girlfriend had the exact same issue. Has anyone experienced this?
Thank you

Did you check the usage in your phone?
You can also check the usage in the Fizz portal.

Verify your phone configuration, enable all the updates only in WiFi for example

    Hello Julien,
Is your data activated at all times ?
Sometimes, the phone use your data instead of connecting to wifi.
If that's not the problem, I suggest you contact Fizz directly to get it resolved.

When I'm at home on the home Wifi, I never take the time to disable the mobile network. I trust my cellphone not to use my data when it's on the wifi. Although it can sometimes happen for very short period, it has never been an issue for me.

Maybe you had a problem with your modem for a while and didn't notice?

On your Fizz page you can go check your day by day usage of data. Maybe you will find info that helps you find out what happened!

    Cheers

if both you and your gird friend have the same problem, probably the problem is on your router that provide the WiFi service. Sometime, even it indicate you are connected on WiFi doesn't necessary mean you have internet service from the router. If the router have connection issue and doesn't have internet service, even you are connected to the WiFi but you don't have internet. In that case, since the Wifi doesn't have internet service, the phone may switch by itself to mobile data to provide internet service.
I would say, double check your router and make sure the Wifi have internet service.
