Can you change or switch my internet service even I don’t call my current provider

    Hi Ruben,
    Ultimately, you will need to cancel your former internet provider by calling them, otherwise they will bill you.
    But do not cancel it before you received your new modem and it is properly working.

    Hi Ruben,

    It is suggested to keep your current internet service until the new one is installed and fully functional. There is no problem to have both internet working at the same time. This will ensure that you continue to have internet service even if there is a problem with installation.

    When you are satisfied with the new service, you must contact your old provider to cancel. They will cancel that service on the same day and prorate your billing to refund any amount you already paid.
