Pending removal?

I accidentally removed a 500GB data upgrade that has been applied on my mobile plan. Now the status is pending removal. Can you help me to reactive the upgrade? Thanks.

    Hello Maggie ! If you have another 500 GB available, you can activate the other one. If not, I suggest you contact Fizz directly to get it resolved.

    In your case i suggest to contact a fizz rep by clicking on the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard, or by joining a rep by facebook under the name Fizz.

    Anne-laure and Mathieu, thanks for your answer. But I can't see the green chat bubble on Fizz website. And no real person replied me by facebook message. :(

    Hi Maggie,

    You might be able to cancel the pending removal status.
    Logon your account, click on the upgrade that is pending removal and see what options you have.

    If you would like to contact Fizz support, they are available from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
