Why isn't my phone working (calls, voice message, data) in the new city I live (same province)?

My phone was working just fine in Laval, Quebec, but I moved to Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Quebec to work for the summer and I can't call (sometimes people can call me tho), I can't listen to my voice messages and I can't use my data. Here, the cover is FIZZ EXT and LTE so maybe the problem is from there, but how can I fix it? I need my phone to work for my job and my safety here

    Hi Claudel!
    FIZZ EXT means you are on a partner network, sometime partner network not working properly.
    Your not in a area covered by Fizz.
