modem port forward and WiFi signal strength?

Hello. I want to know if we can forward custom port easily on the modem UI? also I was wondering if we can lower (customize) the signal strength for the WiFi ? thanks

  Here a screenshot for the port forward, for the wifi signal I never saw any configuration
